If we think there’s a spark, we’ll invite you for a virtual interview with Team Experience. Think less interrogation, more introductory chat, we want to know you, not just your résumé.

Show Us Your Magic

We might ask you to complete a role-relevant project or assessment. We aren't looking to steal your weekend, just a practical way for us to see your logic, execution, and how you solve problems in a fast-moving retail environment.

Deeper Dive

Next, you’ll head to our Woodstock office or Germiston warehouse for an in person interview. You’ll meet some of the people you’d be working with and get a real taste of the culture. It’s the best way for you to imagine yourself in the role.

THE FINISH LINE

Final rounds usually involve meeting our leadership team. We value your time, so we’ll get back to you with a clear "yes" or "no" as soon as the team has reached a decision.
