    Job requirements

    What you’ll own:

    • Processing invoices & payments fast and flawlessly.

    • Matching POs, GRNs & invoices with forensic accuracy.

    • Managing queries & inboxes so it never becomes a crime scene.

    • Reconciling supplier/customer accounts (you find errors others miss).

    • Assisting with weekly runs & month‑end prep.

    • Spotting process gaps & suggesting improvements.

    • Supporting the Finance team with administrative duties as required.

    • Assisting with ad hoc finance projects and reporting.

    • Helping us innovate how numbers flow; less manual grind, more digital shine.

    Who you are:

    Tools you’ll use:

    • Sage Evolution

    • Excel + Google Sheets

    • Google Workspace

    Minimum Experience:

    • Matric (Grade 12)

    • Studying/completed Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, Commerce, or related

    • Problem Solving on the Fly: You will often deal with incomplete data or conflicting records. You have to be comfortable chasing people for answers and fixing discrepancies without a step-by-step manual.
